At Fat Cat's Dog Boarding, we do more than provide pet care - we care about your pet just as we care about our own. Not only are we animal lovers, but we also have the experience to provide the highest quality of services.

Client Portal  

To ensure the most accurate and up to date information we require NEW clients to log in and fill out all the information in both the owner profile and when adding pets. The information that you enter is what we require for all boarding reservations. For existing clients you should have a username and password for your account. For log on issues please call or email us and we can reset your account so that you can access your existing information.
We do require that all waivers are filled out on our portal to include: kennel cough waiver, liability waiver, and credit card waiver. 
Important things we also need you to enter and update are: Feeding schedule and food type, How much they eat, a list of all medication they are on and when they take them,  things that you are bringing, who else can pick up your pet in your absence, emergency contact information and correct address, email, and cell phone.  

There is also a special requirements that you can fill out regarding anything that alerts us to look out for: Are they aggressive, do they have a hard time eating when they are not at home, is there an injury we should know about, etc. 
Boarding reservations will be confirmed via email and text so there is always important pet information to be on the look at prior to your boarding reservation. Emails will be sent out 30 days prior to your pets vaccines expire, if you have a boarding or groom appointment scheduled, and to reply back to confirm your reservations.

What shots are required for my pets?
A: Dogs boarding at our facility are required to have up-to-date immunizations: Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella (every 6 months), Flea and Tick Prevention.  We strongly recommend a yearly flu shot.
Cats boarding at our facility are required to have up-to-date immunizations: Rabies, FVRCP, Flea and Tick Prevention.  We strongly recommend the vaccine for Feline Leukemia Virus.

Q: Why do you need a copy of my vet records?
A: State law requires proof of vaccines on file for all animals entering our establishment. You can now upload your dogs vaccine records under the file uploads in your pet exec profile. 

Q:How can I make sure you have the vet records?
A: There are several options. You can have your vet clinic send a copy via email or fax , you can upload the records to your owner file upload, email or  bring a copy PRIOR to your scheduled appointment.
Q: Is everyone required to have vaccines?
A: Yes. All pets must have updated immunizations PRIOR to arrival. Bordetella vaccine is required every 6 months.  

Q: Do you offer any other services?
A: We offer several services: grooming, bathing, taxi, and daycare in addition to boarding.

Q: Can I schedule appointments on-line for grooming or boarding?
A: No, you may only schedule day care services on-line: Temperament Test, Day Training, Day Play or Day Boarding with yard. You can,  however access the owner portal via the link provided and update personal and pet information. 
Q: How do I log in to access my information on the petexec system?
A: Follow the link above, if your new you can set up your own profile and password with the new client button. If you are an existing user then we would need to assist with your log in and then you would be able to access all the information that we have in the system and update things that may have changed. 

Q: If I am on a wait list, does that mean I have a boarding spot for my pet?
A: No, when you are placed on the wait list you are on stand-by if someone cancels. If we have a spot for your pet,  we will call and let you know directly,

Q: If I went on the owner portal and made an appointment for boarding will it be recognized?
A: No, we will not recognize appointments made online for boarding or grooming. 

Q: Do you have tours of your facility? What time?
A: We do offer a walk through of our facility. You may do this Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Appointments are not required. Feel free to stop by and let us show you around. 

Q: Why do you need my card on file for a boarding reservation? 
A: There have been several, people calling and scheduling boarding and then do not show up. To ensure you keep your reservation or cancel in writing within 48 hours of your boarding reservation so we can put someone else in that spot that is on the wait list. 

Q: Will my card on file be charged?
A: The only time your card will be charged is as follows: You no show your boarding reservation, or you fail to cancel your boarding reservation via text or email 48 hours prior to your actual reservation. A fee of 50% of the boarding reservation will be charged to the card on file.
